Another busy week, but this one leads into a holiday weekend!  I enjoyed splitting a Corona Roll with a friend last night, which put me in the mood for limes. No actual Coronas around, but a summery Noble Pils was nice and citrusy. The cookies were inspired by a Martha Stewart idea, though I used my own sugar cookie recipe and substituted fresh squeezed lime juice for the milk. Grownup cookies & milk?  The lime was a perfect perk.  Happy Labor Day, People. Treat yourself and stay cool.
